A systematic count of state-originated removal requests concerning Indonesia in the public notice record, broken down by requesting body, legal basis, and recorded outcome, with coverage gaps documented alongside the counts.

Which UU ITE provisions appear most often in removal demands

An examination of the statutory citations recorded in court orders and law-enforcement requests, establishing which provisions recur and against what categories of content.

Will be published with its coding scheme and inter-coder agreement figures.

Neither output carries a target date yet, because we will not commit to one before we know how much usable record there is to work with. As soon as a date is set it appears here, and if it later slips we will say so and give a revised one rather than quietly removing the commitment.

Publication principles

Open access, always: Everything we produce is published on this site, free to read, with no registration and no paywall. Text and findings are released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, so anyone may reuse them with credit.
Method travels with findings: No output is published without its query parameters, extraction dates, coding schemes, normalisation tables, and analysis code. A finding whose method is withheld is an assertion, not research.
Limitations stated up front: Each output states what its evidence cannot support before it states what it does support. Our counts are described as documented floors rather than totals, because the underlying archives hold only what recipients chose to submit.
No embargoes, no exclusives: We do not give any outlet or party advance or privileged access to findings. Everything appears here first, or here simultaneously.
Corrections are visible: Errors are corrected in place, dated, described, and listed below. We do not silently edit published work.
Right of reply: Any party we write about may send a signed response, which we will publish alongside the original.
No conclusions for hire: No party commissions, reviews, or approves our findings before publication.

Corrections log

No corrections have been issued, because nothing has been published. When corrections occur they will be listed here with the date, the output affected, what was wrong, and what it was changed to. A research project with no corrections after several years of publishing is usually one that is not checking its own work.
