Who we are
Torira Research is small. We list here the members who have agreed to be named publicly, with the part of the work each is responsible for. Research is done by identifiable people who can be held to what they publish, and we would rather be a short honest list than a long impressive one.

Topan Rizky Ramadhan
Research LeadResponsible for the research programme: framing the questions, designing each study, deciding what the evidence will and will not support, and standing behind the published output.
Ismi Rizkia
Data ScientistResponsible for the data work: extraction from the notice archives, entity and citation normalisation, error estimation, and the analysis code that is published alongside each output.
Members who work on material that could expose them to legal or personal risk may contribute without being named. Where an unnamed member has contributed substantially to an output, we say so in that output.
Our policy on names
Nobody appears on this page without agreeing to it. We do not list advisers, supporters, or acquaintances as though they were members, and we do not list people whose involvement is aspirational. If a person leaves the collective, we remove them, and we credit them in any output their work contributed to.
We also do not claim institutional affiliations. Where a member happens to hold a university or organisational position, that is their own affiliation and not ours, and we say so explicitly rather than allowing an institution's name to lend us weight it has not agreed to lend.
